The following is a web-liography, and online list of sources that maybe helpful for library patrons who are in the midst of a career change. This list will be updated on a continuous basis to provide the most up to date information. We hope that you find it helpful. Occupational Outlook Handbook The best-known site for job hunters www.monster.com Related to What color is your parachute? is www.jobhuntersbible.com The following is a great resource for learning to write great resumes, cover letters and other job-related writing and interview skills. This on-line resource has actual courses guiding you through the process of job-hunting. It's the Boston Public Library's own web site www.bpl.org. Click on Electronic Resources and select Learn-a-test. You will need a BPL card, you can apply over the internet for an on-line card, and upgrade to a full-use card when you visit the BPL or any of it's branches.
